To do its part for Hualien, Maywufa announced that it will donate 168 cases, more than 2,000 bottles, of shampoo to the more than 1,800 households of Guangfu Township, hoping to bring residents a measure of comfort and ease in their daily lives during this difficult time. 

Maywufa Chairman Cheng-Chia Lee expressed his sincere concern for local residents, saying the company will fulfill its social responsibility, provide timely help, and stand by the people of Hualien as they get through this hardship.
